Return or exchange an item
1) Email service email@example.com with your order , item name, and the reason for your return. For exchanges include the new size that you prefer.
2) We'll respond with a return shipping label and applicable info.
Items shipped from our warehouse can only be returned to this warehouse. Due to high freight charge, buyer will have to cover the return shipping fee.
If you want a refund after receiving the goods, you should meet the return and exchange requirements,besides, the buyer has to bear the returned shipping costs.
In addition, if you use Fedex express service, we only return the cost of the goods, not excluding Fedex shipping costs.Because we have paid the Fedex courier fee to send it to you.
Refunds would be returned via PayPal after we receive the returned package.
Since we also support credit card payment, if there is a refund, the time will be returned to the buyer's bank for about 7-14 days, depending on the bank, the time is different.
